This is a special application that allows seeing the folder structure and files on a Windows Machine.

You can get to the Windows Explorer by pressing the Windows+E keys or through a convoluted set of menus on the Start button.

You can also get to the Windows Explorer by using the Run Dialog Box and typing "explorer.exe" in the Open textbox.

Before Windows 95, the Windows Explorer was called the File Manager.
